Priscilla West has done it again!! I absolutely loved Wrecked and when given the opportunity to read Reckless, there was no way I was going to miss out. I loved loved loved Reckless and am hanging to get my hands on number 2. Addictive, fun and intriguing, Reckless had everything. With moody Jax the lead singer and a crazy accountant in Riley, the duo cause a lot of ruckus and fun on tour.

Twenty-five year old Riley Hewitt has been certified as a travelling accountant. Waiting on her new assignment, Riley heads to a pub with her co-worker, Jen. In a dive of a bar, they are instantly curious when “The Cocks” are announced doing an impromptu performance on stage. All the women swamp to the stage and the girls fight their way to the front.

Riley and Jen get separated and when a siren starts singing, Riley carries on, drawn to his voice. She has lost her shoes, her dress is torn, but still she makes her way forward. Touring for two weeks with this band is going to be a challenge and not just because of the budget cuts she needs to make. Fighting every step of the way, the band have their own rules and no concept of a budget.

As time goes on Riley starts to enjoy herself and gets accustomed to the rock lifestyle. The bandmates accept her as one of their own and slowly things are looking up. Will Riley get to her target in time? Will her secrets come out that she’s kept hidden deep inside? What will happen at the end of her two weeks?

With the dark, tattooed and mysterious rocker added in with a feisty accountant that is determined to get what she wants, Reckless is fabulous. The fun, excitement, luxury and secrets hidden around every corner, Riley and Jax are one duo that can’t be missed. I was definitely left wanting more and the ending, OMG, I need book two now.
